Although this term is inaccurate (because the hormonal decline is not abrupt like menopause), it describes a medical reality: <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"173\">Age-Related Androgen Deficiency (ARAD)<\/b> or hypogonadism. <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">This is not inevitable.
